Do you still love the smell of cut grass but feel like everyone’s moved on from sprinting?Are you surrounded by people obsessed with long-distance running or endurance sports, while you crave explosive action?It doesn’t need to be that way.Sprinting is fundamental to human physiology and can be reclaimed at any age.

Ages
Promoted for anyone in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s or 60s, but anyone younger is also encouraged.

400m, 800m, 1500m and the Mile!

Training Techniques
Train in whatever trainers you want. Spikes are optional and NOT required!
Short daily solo sessions, plus two weekly in-person sessions on the track, sports field or in a park.

Join us for an exciting experience at no cost. Bring your energy and enthusiasm to share with the group.
Location
We train in Cape Town, Northern Suburbs, but everyone is welcome to join the platform.Sessions take place in public parks and grass sports fields, and you perfect your form in your home gym.
